I was so sad to hear of Kelly's passing. It was my privilege to meet him. I wish I could have know him better. To see his courage and strength was amazing. The only thing more amazing was to see the love between this man and his wife. Truly special! I am also sorry to hear about his brother. To Ivy and his children be strong, use your memories and each other to get through this difficult time

Ivy, I tried to get a hold of you and Kelly years ago and finally did in 1992 I believe and never heard back. I tried again in 2004 and Kelly and I talked for a very long time on the phone. I was very happy to finally move back to Montana in 2006 and knew that you guys had moved to Sidney. I got a hold of Kelly again and things seemed to go well for a few months and then I dont know if I upset him or not but never heard again from him. I remember everything like yesterday. I remember when you, the Haas gal and another gal were in the white Mustang off on a side street off 2nd ave north here in Great Falls and I said hey that car has 27 license plates stop by it and lets see if I know them. Anyway the rest was history and living in the big white house and then your guys little house behind it eventually and so forth. I really wish I had known about him getting cancer and would like to have talked to him one last time. I really hope the best of the rest of your lives for the rest of you Ivy. May God hold him. Chuck.
