Rick had a good sense of humor. I didn't know him very long, but it's easy to tell if someone likes to laugh, and he did.

Can vouch that Ricky was a heck of a football player. I was a senior tight end and played beside Ricky for a year when he was our starting right tackle as a Sophomore. I was always amazed how this laid back “kid” could turn so nasty when the ball was put in play. So sorry to hear of Ricky’s passing...God bless Ricky and family.

What can be said that hasn't already been said ? It was a shock, and a huge loss for us too. Rick was my hamburger steak man when I cooked, we argued jokingly about steak vs. hamburger ! Brenda was all smiles when I told her my dad worked for her brand of tractor ! Drew was so sorry for Nick when he heard the news, he wants him to know he is thinking of him. Rick was all you said and more ! Always a smile, always a good humor, always a gentleman. God be with you and please accept our deepest condolences during this so difficult time. My prayers have been with you and will continue to be. "You will get through this" he would say. With help, you will painfully do so. God be with you.

To Brenda and family
I was so shocked and saddened to hear about Rick’s passing
We think we have all the time in the world to reconnect and share memories and in an instant that opportunity is lost.
In reading the obituary I can tell that he led a happy and full life. How could he not with a wife like Brenda?
My sincere sympathy to all of you who loved him and who I know he loved right back.
Rest In Peace dear friend. May the angels lead you gently on
