We will be gathering at the Fulkerson Funeral Home starting at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 23, 2012. At 4:00 p.m., we will be leaving for the Water Chief Hall for the Wake at 5:00 p.m.

Funeral services for Arnold Finley, 36 of Sparta, MO formerly of Mandaree, ND are at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 24, 2012 at Water Chief Hall in Mandaree, ND. The wake will be at 5:00 p.m., Friday, March 23, 2012, at the Water Chief Hall.


Cemetary
Interment will be in the Independence Congregational Cemetery, Independence, ND.

Arnold died on Sunday evening, March 18, 2012, at Cox South, in Springfield, Missouri.

Arnold Garret Finley was born January 20, 1976 to Marcia White Eagle and Robert Finley, Sr. in Dickinson, ND. He was a member of the Three Affiliated Tribes and a member of the Chicken Clan. Arnold departed this life in Springfield, MO surrounded by his family on March 18, 2012.

Arnold grew up in the Mandaree area where he attended Elementary and High School at the Mandaree Public School. He received his General Education (G.E.D) from Rasmussen Business College in Fargo, ND, where he continued his college education. Arnold participated in various sports including cross-country, basketball, and track. He also enjoyed art class.

Arnold held various occupations as a waiter, bartender, and chef. He most enjoyed being a chef. He held jobs with the Four Bears Casino & Lodge, New Town, ND; The Grain Hopper in Minot, ND; Various Restaurants in Charlotte, NC and Lambert’s of Ozark, MO.

Arnold had a great sense of adventure & loved to travel & meet new people. It was one of his many adventures that he met his fiancé Cassie. Together, they resided in Sparta, MO.

Arnold will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him dearly.

He is survived by Fiancé, Cassie Albers and daughter, Julia White Eagle, Step-Children, Dillon & Shian Albers, all of Sparta, MO; Mother, Marcia White Eagle & Step-Father Jim Moberg, Mandaree, ND; Father, Robert Finley, Sr., Mandaree, ND; Sisters, Judith (Virgil) Wilkinson, White Shield, ND, Lisa (Walter) DeVille, and Roberta White Eagle, both of Mandaree, ND; Brother, Valarion Finley, Mandaree, ND; Grandmother, Julia White Eagle, Mandaree, ND; Nieces & Nephews, Virgil Jr., Julian, and Molly Wilkinson, all of White Shield, ND; Michael, Walter Jr., Jason, and Marea DeVille, all of Mandaree, ND; Wilber, Jr., and Megan Rose Hunts Along, both of Mandaree, ND; Special Aunts, Bonita Fimbres & Darlene Finley, both of New Town, ND

He is preceded in death by Maternal Grandfather, Thomas White Eagle; Paternal Grandparents, Louise & Evan Finley, Sr.; Aunt, Judith Ann White Eagle; and baby Deville; Special Uncle, Ygnacio Fimbres.
