Keith Berwick, 61, Bainville, MT area farmer and rancher, passed away at Trinity Hospital in Minot on Tuesday, August 9, 2016. Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home in Williston is assisting the family.

Keith was born in Bozeman, MT on July 13, 1955, the son of Dale and Pearl (Mahlen) Berwick. Keith attended Culbertson schools and graduated with the Culbertson High School class of 1973. Keith was a member of the Culbertson Cowboy Basketball Team that went to the State Basketball Tournament in 1972. Keith also helped his dad in the farming and ranching operation near Bainville.
On February 23, 1974, Keith was united in marriage to Canova Crusch in Culbertson. Keith and Canova established their home on the farm, where they raised their family. Keith also worked in the oilfield in the 1970’s. Keith continued to farm and ranch, which he loved, until his death.
Over the years, Keith served with the Bainville Fire Department and the Bainville School Board. He was a member of the First English Church and served on the council. He was a Gideon and later became an active and dedicated member of Williston Moose Lodge # 239.
Keith loved watching his kids in their sporting events and was very proud of them and their accomplishments in life. He was looking forward to his granchildren’s future. He loved dancing with his wife and checking his cows.
He is survived by his wife, Canova of Bainville, three sons, Dana (Tana) Berwick, Dusty (Jessica) Berwick all of Bainville and Paul (Jessica) Berwick of Lodgepole, SD, his daughter, Ashley Berwick of Williston, his grandchildren, Tally, Tenley, Hailey and Parker Berwick, his father, Dale Berwick of Lakeside, MT, and his sister, Marilyn (Gene) Shellerud of Lakeside, MT, two nieces, a nephew, several aunts uncles and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Pearl in April of this year and his mother and father-in-law, Iona and Everett Crusch.
