My sympathy to all of Norma's family at this difficult time. Norma was such a friendly, pleasant lady and was always nice to visit with. I had a long visit with her two years ago at a birthday party in Williston and she updated me on her family and what everyone was doing and where they lived. She was very proud of her family. Rest in peace Norma. (Victor and June were my aunt and uncle from June's side and I loved going to their farm and walking across the road to visit Esther and Norman)

Lance & Mitch & families- I am so sorry to hear of Aunt Norma's passing. As a child our families visited often-- I have fond memories of my parents & yours visiting & laughing. Good food-- fresh bread & your Mom's baking or my Mom's. I often asked your Mom to bake her chocolate cake for my birthday.
She loved her kids & grandkids -you were all very special to her & bragged on you all often
Rest In Peace Norma-- you are now with Herbert & the rest of the gang--we will miss you

Norma's family,
I am so sad to learn of your mother's passing. I was one of her students her first year of teaching in Alexander. Over the years, I would see her when I was back visiting my mom, Mildred Helgeson. She was such a good friend to my mom. May God wrap his arms around you all and give you peace in the days ahead.

I have fond memories of Norma, especially the last time I visited with her at the Grenora 100th year anniversary. She was always so kind to me and I always appreciated her. Rest in peace...

So sorry for your loss. Norma (Mrs. Oyen as I knew her) was my next door neighbor growing up. She was a good woman and had a gentle manner. I liked her.

Mitch and Lance, we were saddened to learn of your mom’s passing. We spent many fun and delightful times with your mom and dad. We managed to stay in fairly close contact even after moving to Bismarck, meeting each year at basketball tournament time. We will hold fondly her memory. She was a dear friend.

So sorry to hear about your Mom. We send our sympathies. We were friends and classmates of Craig and my parents were good friends with your Mom and Dad. Your parents were great people.

They are no words that I can say that express the knowledge of me knowing how you would feel in this difficult time. But the Bible gives us hope of the resurrection of the dead. In Revelation 21: 4 shows us that hope, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
