Tami (Chole) Hauge was born May 26, 1965 in Minot, ND, the daughter of Erwin and Audrey (Mikkelson) Chole. She went with Jesus on December 14, 2017, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Tami graduated from Minot High School in 1983 and was involved in golf, pom pon, baton and dance, and played the organ. She graduated from San Jose City College with an Associates Degree in Dental Assisting in 1985. Tami met the love of her life at the Glenburn Rodeo Dance. Tami and Bert dated for one year, had a year-long engagement and married on June 5, 1987. They celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary this past summer. She went to trucking school with Bert in Dickinson and upon certification, they traveled from Maryland to San Diego.

Tami worked as a dental assistant with Mark Hildahl in Minot and Dale Brewster in Stanley. She also worked at the Stanley Elementary School as a teacher’s aide. She loved hearing the stories from her students. Tami then moved to Scandia Bank in Stanley where she worked for many years. After the bank, she worked at RTC in Parshall until May 2016.

Tami was all about her family. She loved supporting and going to family gatherings. Her grandkids and nephews were the highlight of her days. She will be greatly missed and loved forever.

Tami is survived by her husband Bert, son Hesston both New Town, ND; daughter Morgan (Dakota) Seymour with grandchildren Remuda and River, Belle Fourche, SD; mother Audrey Chole Eidsness, brothers Terry (Kristi) Chole, Tim (Penny) Chole; sister Tricia (Robi) Buchholz and son Jack Plemel all from Minot, ND; brothers-in-law, Terry (Barb) Hauge from Piedmont SD, Kenny (Carol) Rolfe from Sheridan WY, Earl (Pam) Hauge from Sidney, NE, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her dad, Erv Chole; father and mother-in-laws Terry and Connie Hauge.
