Place of Birth: Sanders, Montana

Suzanna “Sue” Tillie (Kuntz) Gonzales, age 91, of Watford City, ND, peacefully met the Lord on Thursday, October 18, 2018 after a long night’s rest.
Sue was one of 13 children born on August 3, 1927 to John and Elizabeth (Hoffman) Kuntz on their homestead west of Forsyth, MT.
She had three beautiful children: Caroline, Raybourne, and Karen.
Sue met the love of her life Raymond Piseno Gonzales in Forsyth, MT. They were married March 12, 1970 and combined two loving family’s that included stepson’s Ricky, Bobby, Joe, David and Ronnie Piseno.
They started their lives in Forsyth, MT. Where Ray worked for Burlington Northern Railroad and Sue ran a restaurant. The railroad took Sue & Ray throughout Montana and after 40 years they retired in Oregon.
Sue and Ray spent special time with friends, family, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren watching them grow and flourish.
They returned to Montana and lived in Kalispell and Billings for 14 years. Due to their age they moved to Watford City, ND with their son Ray and to be near their daughter Karen to assist with daily activities.
Sue enjoyed doing puzzles, reading, watching soap operas and WWE Wrestling where at times if you were present you might learn a few cuss words.
Mom had a heart of gold, her smile, humor and strength were contagious. We are all honored to have a part of her in us. Her love for the Lord and her belief in his peace for our lives helps us move forward today to know that in the end we will all meet again.
Thank you, Mom, for the love and life you have given us. You will live on through us forever.

I heard your voice in the wind today and I turned to see your face, the warmth of the wind caressed me as I stood silently in place.
I felt your touch in the sun today as its warmth filled the sky; I closed my eyes for your embrace and my spirit soared high.
I saw your eyes in the window pane as I watched the falling rain; It seemed as each raindrop fell it quietly said your name.
I held you close in my heart today it made me feel complete. You may have died…… but you’re not gone you will always be a part of me.
As long as the sun shines…..
The wind blows…..
The rain falls…..
You will live on inside of me forever for that is all my heart knows.

She is survived by: her husband, Raymond Gonzales, Watford City, ND; her three children, Caroline Ray (Larry) Pulse, Oakridge, OR, Raybourne Edgar Phillips Jr. and Karen Lee (Ken) Phillips Butler, both of Watford City, ND; four stepson’s, Bobby, Joe, David and Ronnie Piseno; twenty-two grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
