Patti and family; we were saddened to hear of your mother's passing, but know there were so many family members and friends waiting to greet her. The story of her birth was also repeated often by my mother, as she was also born in1921. The hail storm also hit the Sallabery's, Irigoin's, Amestoy's, Vaira's and many others in the community who had children that year. Mom and Dad, Aunt Jane and Uncle Cal had so many wonderful stories about Phyllis, Thelma, Joy, Catherine and Bud as they were all growing up. It is hard to loose a parent, but keep your memories alive and they will always be near to you. We will be keeping you all in our prayers. May God's Blessing be upon you. Don and Kathy Steppler

My sympathy and prayers are with all of you as your mourn this beautiful lady. Patti the love between you and your Mom showed daily with your visits. Your mom brought great joy to Angel Ave with her singing and her own joyful nature. We never knew what Phyllis might say when we least expected it and it always brought smiles and laughter. Patti everyone will miss your Mom and will miss you too, your kindness and acceptance and your love and respect for all the other residents. You are the beautiful daughter of your beautiful Mother.

Sorry to see that your mother passed away. Our families were close for many years and Phyllis was one of my mother's dearest friends. Can still remember going over to your house, with her, to have lunch.
