To all of Doug family: My very deepest sympathies.Doug was a dear and beloved friend. We spent many a time visiting about farming and motorcycles. For some of those years i was lucky enough to call him a "brother" and i still did and will. I remember back the winter in California and meeting his folks. He was a great man and a wonderful friend. I WILL miss you very much brother. You were one of " The Good Ones" You may be gone but never forgotten. I hope that heaven is full of Harleys and they NEVER need fixing. Love you brother. EJ

Thank you Mason for always being there for Doug. He will surely be missed by us. We were reminiscing about all the great times we had together. Tears in our hearts ??. During these last few years he has suffered so much. What a great son you have been. Doug was “Outstanding in his field” and a true friend

Doug was such a genuine and great Man. I always enjoyed our visits when I was his ups guy. He always had a great story ,especially after he returned from the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and he always had a smile on his face even when he would pull my ups truck out of the ditch in a snowstorm. The Ray community has lost one of its finest. Your all in our prayers

Each of you are in my thoughts and prayers. When I think of Doug, I think of a big Teddy Bear. Kind heart, sense of humor, and a smile that would warm your heart. May God Comfort you and speak Peace to your heart. Treasure those precious memories that each of you have. Hugs from Texas.

Doug was a really wonderful man. He helped me out in some tough times, both by being a friend, and a chaperone! He had a great ear for listening and was always willing to help. He will be missed by many. I am sorry I hadn't spoken to him for far too long.
