John was a great person and great friend. We officiated football together for many years and many games. His office was across the alley from my store and I would see him often. Will always miss him.

My thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Kuester's family. Often as I drive by Harmon Park, I remember him and Mrs. Kuester planting flowers in the Spring there.

My prayers are with Lois and Family during this very difficult time. John truly met the definition of being the patriarch of a truly great family. His son, Kris was one of my best friends growing up so I had the privilege of spending much time around John. He personally had great impact on me and the man I have become. He showed me the characteristics of what it meant to be a great father and provider and I will forever be grateful for that.

Lois and kids, we are so sorry to learn of John’s passing. What an amazing life he lived. Church will never be the same without him. I would always close my eyes and listen for his unmistakable voice singing in the church choir. And what a wonderful gift he passed onto his beautiful children! Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. May you find comfort in each other and know without a doubt that he is wrapped in God’s loving arms. Free of any pain and singing with Gods heavenly choir.

My sympathies to the family. I very much enjoyed working with John on various commitees when I worked for the Chamber. He was always the calm, knowledgeable voice we needed to hear.

To the Kuester Family, we are sorry to learn of Johns passing. I can still hear that beautiful singing voice of his from my early Days at Gloria Dei Church.John was a well respected football referee. Thoughts and prayers to all his family at thesis difficult time.

Even though I haven’t really know him I’ve seen him sing for several years at the reindeer games. A few times he would visit the school and it was nice to see him. He will be missed. Prayers for extra comfort, and I hope you all find peace knowing he is forever singing.

Lois and family, So very sorry to hear of John's passing. Have fond memories of the many softball and basketball games we played together. Enjoyed working with John loading coke trucks and just visiting with him.

Sending love to the Kuester family from the Spooner family! I have so many wonderful memories at your home...homemade carnivals, “band” concerts where I played the cymbals on your metal clothesline, pit stop to ice skating, making ex-lax brownies for the boys tennis team, steady supply of Mello Yello, countless tennis games at Harmon...the list goes in. Mr. Kuester was always a gentle, encouraging, loving person to be around. I’m so glad I was able to see him when in Williston in 2018. Anne is a lifelong friend to me and through her I have love for your whole family. Of course my Mom and Mrs Kuester will always have the bond of getting their baby girl after 5 boys. My parents Bob and Maureen send their love. We remember you coming to their send off party in 2012 . A lifetime of fun, respect, love and memories between our families. Praying for peace and comfort in the countless happy memories of John.
