Visitation
Her wake service will be held at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church – Mandaree. Family and friends will gather at 3:00 PM on Tuesday at the Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home in Watford City and leave for the wake services at 4:00 PM.

Service
Her funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at the St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Mandaree, ND. Father Roger Synek will officiate.

Aileen Jackson, 70, of Rapid City, SD formerly of New Town, ND passed away January 19, 2018 in Rapid City, SD. She was born August 30, 1947 in Elbowoods, ND to David Grinnell, Sr and Ida Birdsbill-Grinnell. Aileen’s father was in the water buster clan and her mother was in the dripping dirt clan.

Aileen worked as a medical records specialist for 25 years in New Town and also in California.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Aileen is survived by her husband, William Darrel Jackson (Rapid City, SD); sisters, M. Elaine Rasmuson (New Town), Judy Ladeaux (Elk Grove, CA), Deanna Lubarsky (Albuquerque, NM ); brothers, Curt Grinnell (Cameron Park, CA), Ronnie Grinnell (New Town), Dean Grinnell (New Town); grandson, Garey Zotti; stepchildren, Billie Jo, Robert, Carol, Jean Marie, Donna and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

My sincere Condolences to my father on the lsd of his beautiful wife and to Aileen’s brothers & sisters. In the few years that I got to meet and know Aileen, I was Blessed with her kindness from day one. I wished I could have known her longer.
