It Is Our Privilege And Purpose To Serve You
James "Jim" J. Beagle
May 16, 1965 - September 28, 2018

Residence: Sidney, Montana

Jim was born on May 16, 1965 in Oxnard, California to John and Shihoko (Susie) Beagle. Jim’s father was in the U.S. Navy and after being discharged, eventually settled in Sidney in 1979, when Jim started 9th grade. Jim graduated from Sidney High School in 1983. While in high school, he was active in Demolay, eventually working his way up to Master Counselor. Following in his father’s footsteps, Jim joined the U.S. Navy in 1985.

Jim served aboard the U.S.S Buchanan for 4 years and was honorably discharged as an E-5 Boatswain’s Mate in 1989. In February of 1986, Jim married the absolute love of his life, Cindy Fuller of Torrance, California. From this union, they brought into this world, two beautiful sons, Josh and Zak.

After the Navy, Jim started his career in construction where he worked for several companies in both Montana and Nevada. Jim and Cindy moved back to Sidney, MT in 2010 and a year later Jim started Beagle Construction with his wife as his partner in life as well as work. His business was a great success as they had the amazing ability to turn an idea into a reality.

He was an active member of Lower Yellowstone Lodge #90 (Mason’s) and he loved everything about the organization. Through the lodge he made numerous friends and the friendships were of a strong, long lasting kind. He was very proud to be a Mason.

Jim was a great son and a lot of help to his parents. He was always ready to lend a helping hand wherever they needed him. One phone call would bring him over to help with whatever task they needed.

He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially playing tricks on them and was known for his epic water fights. When the family had free time, they loved going on road trips together and exploring new places. Jim and Cindy had just returned from a two week trip up the California, Oregon and Washington coast. They had the time of their lives, their last time together. Jim was an amazing son, brother, husband, father and grandfather.

Jim passed away at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Billings, MT on September 28, 2018 after suffering massive heart failure. He is survived by his wife Cindy, sons Josh, and wife McKyla Hondl, and Zak and fiancée Chantel Wilcoxon, parents John and Shihoko (Susie) Beagle, grandchildren, Saydee, Landen, Kennadee, Brantley and Colby, brothers Steve Beagle, Sidney, Kevin Beagle, Lynette Trudell), Billings, sister Melanie Beagle, Butte and numerous nieces and nephews.

Cindy & Family,
Just learned of your loss of Jim & are completely shocked & very sorry. You were good neighbors to my mother (Nelda), & Jim generously & thoughtfully cleaned her driveway many times over the winters which was much appreciated. May God grant you peace, strength, & comfort during this difficult time.
