Paul was born September 21st, 1963 to Paulette Siirtola (Kuntz) in Jamestown, North Dakota. He was raised by his grandparents, Ed and Rose Kuntz in Moffitt, North Dakota. Paul attended school in Moffitt and Hazelton, North Dakota, and in 1983 he obtained his high school GED.

On October 26th, 1984 he married Anna Schnellbach, and together they raised their three children; Joshua, Andrew, and Brittany. The couple along with their children made their home in Tioga, North Dakota. Paul was employed for many years with JAFCO Inc. and in 2012 he began a job working with Hess Corporation.

Paul enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, cooking, and reading and studying God’s word. He was an active member in his church at Tioga Assembly of God, and filled many roles there. Paul enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was an expert story teller to his kids and grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and to his power kid kids. Paul was loved by so many and will greatly missed by all.

Paul is survived by his wife, Anna of Tioga, ND; sons, Joshua (Peggy) and their children, June and Johnny of Tioga, ND; Andrew (Lisa) and their daughter, Isabella of Tioga, ND; daughter, Brittany (Eli) Beall and their children, James and Walter of Rochester, MN; brother, Jason Siirtola of Fargo, ND; his mother-in-law, Darlene Schnellbach of Velva, ND; his uncle, Clem Kuntz of Moffitt, ND; his aunt, Pat Branesky of Tioga, ND; his sister-in-law’s, Connie (Jeff) Behrens of Minot, ND, Bonnie (Dan) Wiest of Linton, ND, Susan (Donny) Job of Linton, ND, Jolene (John) Koth of Wilton, ND, Patty (Dave) Pollert of Carrington, ND, Kathy (Lonnie) Grabowska of Bismarck, ND; his brother-in-law’s, Jim (Kim) Schnellbach of Deering, ND, Chuck Schnellbach of Moffitt, ND, Tom (Jeanne) Schnellbach of Bradenton, FL; numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Preceding him in death was his mother, Paulette; grandparents Ed and Rose Kuntz; sisters, Sheila and Stacey; uncles, Edward Kuntz and Nick Branesky; and his father-in-law, Walter Schnellbach.

I was a close friend of Paul in Moffit. I remember have a lot of fun play game and fishing with him at Long Lake. He will be deeply missing. My families thoughts and prays are with your family.
