Travis Fowler

Travis Tanner Fowler was born on March 2, 1981 in Williston, ND to Harrison Fowler and Cheryl Conway. He was raised and educated in Washington State. The family later returned to Williston, North Dakota. Travis went to high school for one year then went on to earn his GED. He attended college for two years in Missoula, Montana. He worked various jobs in the Williston area but very much enjoyed working as an electrician.

Everyone who knew Travis, knew one of his biggest passions in life was skateboarding; he was born to skate. Ever since he was little he was riding the board and continued to do so his entire life. He could do just about any trick.

Travis loved listening to American heavy metal, especially his favorite band, Pantera and playing his guitar. Over the years Travis owned many bass guitars, which he could play by ear.

He also was a very talented artist, poet and photographer. His drawings still cover the walls of his family home.

Travis passed away in Williston, North Dakota on October 26, 2021. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He was a kind soul.

Travis is survived by his father, Harrison Fowler; step-mother, Lavon Fowler; son, Donovan Fowler; brothers, Aaron, Chance and Mark; sisters, Malia and Amanda; grandparents, Bob Fowler and Diane Landsrud.

He was preceded in death by mother, Cheryl Conway; sister, Alisha; grandmother, Viola Lizotte and grandfather, Willard Landsrud.

My Travy, you were born on my 11th birthday… best birthday present I ever got. You were a super cuuuuute sweet lil baby boy with the cutest laugh! You grew into a very smart and hard working Handsome talented man. I wish I could’ve given you what you needed in life I wish I could’ve loved you the way you deserved to be loved. I know you are no longer in pain I hope you are with your mom and grampa Willard now… they loved you and only wanted the best for you as we all did. Fly high my boy I pray you are in peace now??
