It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Travis Melvin Warner, at the age of 26. He passed from this life on March 25, 2025, at his home in Sidney, MT.
Travis was born on June 9, 1998, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Charles Warner and Sally Spencer Warner. He was welcomed home by older siblings Jennifer and Ty. He enjoyed growing up in the outdoors and loved hiking in the mountains near his home. He and his friends spent many hours hiking and camping and getting into mischief together. He continued this love of the outdoors by learning to hunt beside his sister, who took him on many trips. He loved to “pick at” those nearest to him. His Mom and brother Ty were often the recipients of these teasings and suffered mercilessly at his jokes!
His life in Utah was shared with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. There are stories of his mischief and fun antics with close friends - each of whom had their own special nicknames given to them by Travis.
Travis moved to Sidney, MT in 2023 to be close to his sister and brother-in-law, Matt. This was a good transition for him as he loved being outdoors and went on many fun hunts and hikes with them during the last several years. He made some great friends there and was considered a “little brother” by many.
His true love, Aurora the cat, loved him and only him! They were always happiest when with each other.
Travis is survived by his mother, Sally Spencer Warner; sister and brother-in-law, Jennifer and Matthew Lee; brother and brother-in-law Ty and Chris Warner-McCauley; grandmother Sheila R Spencer; and many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.
We know Travis is enjoying time with his dad in heaven stalking the biggest trophy deer, searching for the best fishing holes and hiking the most beautiful mountains.
He is preceded in death by his father, Charles K Warner; grandparents Stella and Francis Stewart; grandfather Melvin B Spencer; and many loved family members who met him at the gates of heaven with lots of love and open arms.
