Scott, Gordon and your family, I was fortunate enough to reconnect with your Mom as an adult after your Dad passed. I am so lucky! I remember the cadence of her voice, her laugh and her sharing. I am the recipient of some of her embroidered towels and Christmas ornaments so will have memories of her at all times of the year. I love her and will miss her as I do your Dad. Go March Madness!
Love from her niece, Monie

Glenda was a very special lady. She was my momma’s neighbor. They would borrow sugar, eggs, or whatever one or the other needed. She was always looking out for our momma. Glenda always had a smile on her face, and wow… could she walk. I always admired her for continuing her walks to the very end. Our family is really going to miss her and our friendship. She is now at peace and has entered into the gates of heaven. God saw that she was tired and he has the perfect spot in his beautiful garden for her. My wish for her family is to keep all your memories close to your hearts. RIP Glenda,

Scott and Gordon, I’m so sorry to hear about your mom’s passing. It has been quite some time since I last saw Aunt Glenda but I will never forget the childhood memories of get togethers and even some in my adult years. I’ll never forget her voice, laugh and energy. Thoughts and prayers being sent your way as you go through this difficult time.
